Peung Rati started in technology with MSN, Microsoft, AOL, Angry Birds and Spotify before moving into real estate full time more than eight years ago. That background shows in how she reads a property: price, rent, yield, and how many times the rent covers the loan payment.

She has closed everything from luxury homes and pool villas to hotels, a golf course, a housing estate and a whole condo building, working with leading agents and Thai and foreign investors.
